Description

The ADS8634SRGER is a 12-bit, 4-channel successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter from TI. It features a high-speed 1 MSPS sampling rate and an SPI-compatible serial interface. A key differentiator is its programmable analog input ranges, including bipolar (±12V, ±5V, ±2.5V) and unipolar (0-10V, 0-5V), which eliminate the need for external signal conditioning in many industrial applications. The device includes an internal 2.5V reference (with option for external reference) and operates from a single 2.5V to 5V analog supply, making it a highly integrated, space-saving solution.
